For over 30 years, Dan Walter has been involved with start-ups through community banks and multinationals. As manager of bank joint ventures, he was responsible for all aspects of a diverse residential AD&C portfolio, including accounting, reporting, loan administration, participations, and portfolio risk management. Credits spanned single family and multi-family residential, apartments, shopping centers, offices, a mixed use $260 million CBD complex, and a five square mile residential development.

Mr. Walter managed bank joint ventures that had limited capital and narrow interest margins.
